The QUARK is a National Firearms Act (NFA) regulated suppressor, so it is not sold through an online shopping cart. Every purchase begins with an inquiry — contact us or email defensesafetysolutionsllc@gmail.com for current pricing and availability, and we'll guide you through the rest.
A suppressor can only be shipped to a licensed FFL/SOT (Class 3) dealer — never directly to your home. You choose a local dealer, and we coordinate shipping to them.

Once your order is confirmed, we typically ship to your dealer within a few business days, with tracking. The ATF approval portion of an NFA transfer is handled between you, your dealer, and the ATF, and that timeline is outside our control.
Once a suppressor has shipped to or transferred through your dealer, it cannot be returned or exchanged — federal NFA regulations don't allow it. Please make sure the QUARK is right for you before purchasing, and reach out with any questions first. We're always happy to help you decide.
The QUARK is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. If your suppressor arrives with a defect, or the high-strength polymer body is later damaged, the body can be replaced and returned to you. To start a claim, email defensesafetysolutionsllc@gmail.com with your serial number and a description (photos help). The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
