Most orders are processed and ship within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. All orders ship with full tracking information provided via email. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package in real-time. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and selected shipping method.
Suppressors and other National Firearms Act (NFA) regulated items require special handling and can only be shipped directly to licensed FFL/SOT (Class 3) dealers. These items cannot be shipped directly to your residence.
Ammunition cannot be shipped via air. All ammunition orders ship ground-only via carriers approved for hazmat shipments. Hazmat fees may apply. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on local and state regulations.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds for items returned under our standard return policy will be issued for the full purchase price minus any applicable return shipping costs. If you paid for expedited shipping or chose to pay for return shipping, these fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement at no additional cost.
All Defense Safety Solutions products are covered by our manufacturer's warranty. Many components come with extended warranties from the manufacturer. Please review the warranty documentation that comes with your product for full coverage details. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
