Shipping Rates

We offer fast, reliable shipping to all locations in the continental United States. Here are our current shipping options:

• Free Shipping: Orders $150 and above ship free via standard ground shipping
• Standard Shipping: $8.99 for orders under $150 (3-5 business days)
• Expedited Shipping: $19.99 (1-2 business days)
• Overnight Shipping: $39.99 (Next business day)

Processing Times

Most orders are processed and ship within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. All orders ship with full tracking information provided via email. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package in real-time. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Restricted Items & Special Shipping

NFA Items (Suppressors)

Suppressors and other National Firearms Act (NFA) regulated items require special handling and can only be shipped directly to licensed FFL/SOT (Class 3) dealers. These items cannot be shipped directly to your residence.

• Customers must arrange FFL/SOT dealer receipt before purchase
• Provide the dealer's information at checkout
• We handle all shipping directly to the licensed dealer
• No additional shipping fees for NFA items to licensed dealers
• Customer is responsible for dealer transfer fees and local compliance

Ammunition & Hazardous Materials

Ammunition cannot be shipped via air. All ammunition orders ship ground-only via carriers approved for hazmat shipments. Hazmat fees may apply. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on local and state regulations.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original factory packaging
• All included accessories and documentation must be present
• Within 30 days of original purchase date
• Return must be requested with original order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• NFA Items: Suppressors and other NFA-regulated firearms cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped
• Ammunition: For safety and legal reasons, ammunition sales are final and non-returnable
• Used/Damaged Goods: Items that have been used, fired, or damaged
• Custom Orders: Items ordered to custom specifications
• Gift Cards: Non-refundable once purchased

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact customer support at defensesafetysolutionsllc@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• Ship the item back to us in original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise)

Refund Process

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Deductions

Refunds for items returned under our standard return policy will be issued for the full purchase price minus any applicable return shipping costs. If you paid for expedited shipping or chose to pay for return shipping, these fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty Information

All Defense Safety Solutions products are covered by our manufacturer's warranty. Many components come with extended warranties from the manufacturer. Please review the warranty documentation that comes with your product for full coverage details. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
