Products regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), including suppressors, are shipped only to the licensed FFL/SOT dealer you designate — never directly to an individual. We will use reasonable efforts to ship within a few business days after an order is confirmed. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, the ATF, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Completion of an NFA transfer is subject to ATF approval and is handled by your dealer. Risk of loss and title transfer upon delivery to your designated dealer. We recommend using the provided tracking information to monitor your shipment.
Because the QUARK is an NFA-regulated suppressor, all sales are final once the item has shipped to or transferred through your dealer; NFA items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the product details and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Defective products are covered under our limited lifetime warranty, including replacement of the polymer body. See our Shipping & Returns page and contact us to start a warranty claim.
